E-mail Settings
Incoming Mail Server:
    Server Type: POP3
    Server Name: mail.hamiltoncom.net
Outgoing Mail Server:
    Server Name: smtp.hamiltoncom.net
**Ensure that your Username is in Lowercase and the Password is in Uppercase when logging into the mail servers.
The Following instructions are for individuals who may be switching from a previous Internet Service Provider (ISP) and want to configure your mail application manually.
OUTLOOK EXPRESS

(1) From Outlook Express File Menu - Choose Tools
(2) Choose Accounts…
(3) Click Mail tab
(4) Highlight account name to change
(5) Click Properties button
(6) In the section labeled General - change to the new email address
(7) Click Servers tab
(8) Incoming mail (POP3) enter: mail.hamiltoncom.net
(9) Outgoing mail (SMTP) enter: smtp.hamiltoncom.net
(10) In the field labeled Incoming Mail Server Account Name -- change to new username, if       applicable
(11) Click OK

NETSCAPE

(1) From Netscape File Menu - Choose Edit
(2) Choose Preferences…
(3) Click on the + next to Mail and Newsgroups
(4) Click Mail Servers
(5) In the middle Outgoing Mail Server - change to smtp.hamiltoncom.net
(6) Choose the mail server in the box marked Incoming Mail Servers at the top
(7) Click the Edit… button
(8) In the section labeled General - change Server Name to mail.hamiltoncom.net
(9) In the section labeled General - change User Name if applicable
(10) Click OK

EUDORA

(1) From Eudora File Menu - Choose Tools
(2) Choose Options…
(3) Highlight the Getting Started icon
(4) In the field labeled Return Address - change to new address @hamiltoncom.net
(5) In the field labeled Login Name - change to new username, if applicable
(6) In the field labeled Mail Server (Incoming) - change to mail.hamiltoncom.net
(7) In the field labeled SMTP Server (Outgoing) - change to smtp.hamiltoncom.net
(8) Click OK
